Nella prima parte<\/strong> (gioco di ruolo) sono incoraggiati ad esprimere i loro desideri relativi agli obiettivi del gruppo, come la ricerca di un lavoro.<\/p>\n

Nella seconda parte<\/strong> (creazione di un collage), compongono diversi materiali (immagini di giornali) per creare un nuovo significato (upcycling) e approfondire la comprensione dei loro bisogni.<\/p>\n

Durata
<\/strong>1 ora + 30 minuti di debriefing (1 ora e 30 minuti in totale per svolgere il workshop durante la formazione).<\/p>\n

Dopo un\u2019attivit\u00e0 di riscaldamento, la facilitatrice o il facilitatore dice al gruppo che sta aprendo un negozio magico in cui possono comprare tutto ci\u00f2 di cui potrebbero avere bisogno (trovare un lavoro, diventare un facilitatore esperto, ecc.). Il prezzo degli articoli in questo negozio non viene pagato con denaro, ma con un baratto. Dopo aver visto come funziona il modello di business del negozio, le e i partecipanti possono aprire i loro negozi e formare delle coppie, in cui una persona \u00e8 il negoziante e l’altra \u00e8 il cliente. Ripetono la scena utilizzando le stesse abilit\u00e0 di acquisto e vendita, gli stessi atteggiamenti, ecc. Dopo 5-10 minuti si invertono i ruoli. Dopo il secondo turno, ognuno pu\u00f2 condividere con gli altri ci\u00f2 che ha acquistato e, se lo desidera, a quale \u201cprezzo\u201d. I membri del gruppo possono dire se possiedono gi\u00e0 oggetti acquistati da altri (e condivisi con il gruppo) e come li hanno acquistati.<\/p>\n

A ogni partecipante viene dato un foglio bianco, un paio di forbici e della colla per carta. In classe saranno disponibili diverse riviste con immagini che possono essere utilizzate per creare un collage.
Alla fine, ognuno pu\u00f2 poggiare sul pavimento la propria opera d’arte e osservare i collage degli altri senza commentare. <\/p>\n
